Treat yourself or gift a loved one to this beautiful microwave wheat bag that can be filled with a blend of organic lavender and wheat OR wheat only. One side of the wheat bag is a vibrant patterned fabric, the other is a super soft white polar fleece. It comes ready gift wrapped and boxed, making it the perfect self care gift for a mum or friend. Instructions for use are included.
Use to ease stiff shoulders and necks for 20 minutes before bed to help with a more comfortable night's sleep or for general muscle aches and strains. Alternately it can be, place in a freezer bag and use as a cold pack on bruises and sprains.

I can't recommend this product enough. It is longer & slightly wider than most wheat bags & therefore goes right over your shoulders & doesn't slip off. Beautiful quality fabric & great that cover can be removed for washing. I could not be happier with it.
