Shipping Costs:
  • Large Letter postage will be charged at £1.65 for 1st Class Delivery depending on items included.
  • Small Parcel will be charged at £3.95 for 1st Class Delivery depending on items included.
  • Orders containing multiple items or over 2kg will be charged at £5.95 and sent via Evri using the ParcelShop 2-3 day service
Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your dispatch confirmation, please allow the following time for your order to arrive:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 business days from dispatch
Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-2 business days from dispatch
If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days, please contact us. 
Processing Times:
Order processing time is 1-3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Large orders may take slightly longer, in which case I will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
Packaging Notes:
I use mailing bags made from sugar cane or recycled plastic to dispatch most items. Anything boxed is sent in boxes made from recycled cardboard and I use paper Kraft tape to secure them. Lampshades are carefully wrapped using a combination of recycled paper and corrugated cardboard.
